You can buy a pass from the JSP Skopje mobile app, from JSP customer service centers or from the web ticketing system. Mobile App: Download the JSP Skopje mobile app designed by Modeshift Inc. on your Apple or Android device. To purchase passes through the JSP Skopje app, click on the ticket icon on the bottom of the screen. Click on the “Buy Tickets” tab in the top left corner or the plus icon at the center of the screen. Users need to be logged in to their account to view their tickets. If you haven’t registered in the app yet, you will be prompted to do so using your email, phone or a Google, Apple, or Facebook account. After you have logged in successfully, you can complete the purchase with a debit or credit card payment. The payment is made through a secure and certified external service /PCI-compliant/. Your purchase will show up on your mobile device and you will be all set to ride. Customer Service Centers:
Click Tickets in the upper right corner. A page will appear with all the tickets and passes you can purchase, and you will proceed to your payment method. Users need to be logged in to their account to view their tickets. If you haven’t registered in the app yet, you will be prompted to do so using your email, phone or a Google, Apple, or Facebook account. After successfully logging in, you will need to complete your purchase by paying with a debit or credit card
If you purchased your ticket form the Mobile App:
- Open the mobile app.
- Navigate to the Tickets tab and select a pass.
- Point its QR code at the camera located at the bottom of the onboard validator.
If you bought your ticket with a Smart Card
- Scan the card on the reader located at the top of the onboard validator.
Tap on the “Tickets” tab and then on the login button or on the profile icon in the top right corner. Then create an account by choosing one of the options – either with an email, phone, by Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Your account information can be changed only by contacting the agency – they will make the necessary changes.
You can choose a stop by tapping on the red dot. Details about the routes passing through this particular bus stop will appear. By tapping on the * (star icon) you will be able to add the stop to the “Favorites”
The best way is to search for the desired destination in the Search menu. You will then be able to choose from the options listed in order of time – the fastest arrival time from point A to point B.
You can keep using your tickets even while you are offline. You would only need an internet connection to purchase the fare.
You can top up your e-wallet with the desired amount using your bank card. Go to the e-wallet screen in the Tickets tab and tap the Top-up button in the upper right corner. Enter the desired amount, provide your card details, and complete the payment.
In the Tickets tab, tap the Buy Tickets button. Select the desired ticket or pass and choose your e-wallet balance as a payment method. Open the ticket or pass you have purchased and scan its QR code at the validator.
Reduced fares are available only at the JSP Customer Service Centers.
The mobile application needs access to your GPS location for accurate data.
You will still be able to travel with already purchased tickets and validate such, but if you need to do a purchase – an internet connection is required
You can simply log in the mobile application using your original login details. Please note that you cannot use the mobile application with the same account on two devices at once.
You can choose whether the mobile app stores your credit card details or not.
An account is necessary only if you want to purchase a ticket/pass.
